These 4 original, bucolic artist DONALD WOOD (1889 Leeds-1953) pencil sketches are studio pieces for the book, 'HUNTING LORE'. Are inscribed and dated Warcop via Penrith 1926. a couple are annotated in pencil by the artist. one with 2 horsemen chatting has a slight tear, top left. This can be mounted (matted) out or as I have done, left. alone. The 4 are mounted individually and sold as a set.
Would look wonderful in a country gentleman's office/smoking room/library
