FRANCIS WHEATLY RA  1747-1801 

Painter of portraits and genre subjects. His most famous work Is  ‘Cries of London’ most of which were etched and engraved from his originals by  such eminent printmakers as Vendramini, Cardon and Gaugain. Here we have the complete set of 13 pieces from a restrike in about 1860. In fine condition with no blemishes. Measurements vary slightly but image size 260 x 200 mm.

This is the only full set from this date, in this condition I have ever seen.
