Angela Lemaire – Complete Galloping Gourmet

If you are old enough, you will remember a daytime TV programme, ‘The  Galloping Gourmet’ His name was Graham Kerr,,,,I think Canadian. Mr Kerr wrote a book for one particular series and it was illustrated by ANGELA LEMAIRE.

A set of 7 woodcuts for the 1972 series book.

  Here we have ‘Pastries & First Courses’. The other illustrations are ‘Aids to the Kitchen, Shell fish, Stocks & Sauces, Eggs and finally Soups’.  All are numbered, titled, dated (’72) and signed in pencil. Fine condition, never framed or exposed to light. All measure approx. 80 x 80mm.
