Born and raised in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Studied at Brookings and attained her Bachelors and Masters in Fine Art. She moved to Phoenix to work, married & had children and is now back in her beloved wide open plains of South Dakota.

Much of her work is based on Nature as she sees it and the  open space she loves.
